Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking your trips with us. By signing up for our trips, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Safety and Responsibility

  1. You must follow the instructions and guidance of our guides and staff at all times during the trip. You must respect the nature and culture of the places we visit and behave in a responsible manner.

  2. You acknowledge that our mountain adventure trip involves inherent risks and dangers that may result in physical or emotional injury, death, or damage to yourself, others, or property. You accept these risks and assume full responsibility for your actions and consequences.

  3. We will do our best to ensure your safety and enjoyment on the trip, but we cannot guarantee that the trip will be free from accidents, delays, changes, or unforeseen events. We are not liable for any loss or damage that may arise from such occurrences.

Health and Fitness

  1. You must be in good health and fitness to participate in our mountain adventure trip. You must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special dietary requirements that may affect your ability to join the trip. We reserve the right to refuse your participation if we deem that your health or fitness may compromise your safety or the safety of others on the trip.

Booking and Payment

  1. To book your trip, you need to fill out an online booking form and pay a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total trip price. The balance of the trip price must be paid at least 30 days before the departure date. If you book your trip within 30 days of departure, you need to pay the full amount at the time of booking.

  2. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or cash. You are responsible for any bank charges or fees incurred by the payment method.

  3. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if we do not receive the full payment on time. In such case, the cancellation charges will apply.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. The following cancellation charges will apply based on the date we receive your notice:

  2. More than 30 days before departure: 20% of the total trip price (deposit)

  3. 30 to 15 days before departure: 50% of the total trip price

  4. 14 days or less before departure: 100% of the total trip price (no refund)

  5. We cannot be held liable if your booking needs to be canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, including force majeure events. For more details about force majeure events, please READ HERE.

  6. We are not liable if you choose to cancel your booking due to personal reasons.

Ethical and Environmental Guidelines

As a responsible tour operator, we are committed to promoting ethical and environmental practices on our trips. We ask you to join us in this effort by following these guidelines:

  1. Respect the nature and culture of the places you visit. Don’t litter, don’t remove or alter anything without permission, and don’t disturb the wildlife. Do not engage in any illegal or unethical activities that may harm yourself, others, or the environment. Learn about the local customs and traditions and follow them as much as possible. 

  2. Give, the right way. Don’t hand out sweets, clothes, books, or pencils to children or villagers. This can create a culture of dependency and begging. Instead, donate to reputable local organisations that work on social welfare programs, or to international groups that partner with them.

  3. Dress appropriately and modestly when visiting temples, monasteries, or other religious or cultural sites. Avoid wearing shorts, skirts, tank tops, or anything that exposes your shoulders or knees. Remove your shoes and hat before entering a sacred place.

  4. Ask for permission before taking photos or videos of people, especially monks, children, or villagers. Respect their privacy and dignity and do not offer money or gifts in exchange for photos.

  5. Follow the advice and instructions of your local guides and respect their knowledge and experience. They are there to ensure your safety and enjoyment on the trip.

  6. Bring a reusable water bottle: Instead of using bottled water, bring a reusable water bottle that you can refill along the way. This will help you save money and reduce plastic waste.

  7. Pack your own food: Instead of buying pre-packaged snacks and meals, try making your own food and packing them in eco-friendly containers. You can dehydrate single food items like tomatoes, cauliflower rice, zucchini, grated carrot, and mushrooms and mix and match them. 

  8. Avoid single-use plastics: Avoid using single-use plastics like straws, utensils, and plastic bags. Instead, bring your own reusable utensils and cloth bags.

  9. Dispose of waste properly: Make sure you pack out all your trash and dispose of it properly when you get back to civilization. Do not leave any trash behind on the trail.

Registration Forms

  1. By submitting registration forms, you hereby confirm that the information you have provided herein, including you name, contact number and personal details, is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge and belief;

    You understand that the truth and accuracy of the information submitted in this form are your responsibility;

    You understand that if you provide any false, inaccurate, or incomplete information in this form, you may be held liable for such action.

  2. PERSONAL INFORMATION DISCLAIMER:

    Kardamir Mountaineering do not sell, communicate or divulge your information to any third parties. We will not, in any circumstances, share your personal information with other individuals or organizations without your permission, including public organizations, corporations or individuals, except when requested by law enforcement agencies.

Feedback

  1. If you have any feedback about our services or the trip, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can try to resolve them on the spot. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact us by submitting this form within 14 days after the end of the trip. We will investigate your feedback and respond within 28 days.

Modifications to the Terms and Conditions

  1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for any updates or changes. Your continued use of our services after any modifications to these Terms and Conditions constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.
